1.) Complete our vendor packet
2.) Indicate if you will be working as a handyman/ or General Contractor
3.) Complete and submit an original copy of a W9
4.) Submit proper (current-dated) insurance
5.) Submit Business License
6.) Submit CSLB License/if applies
7.) Please notify us in advance of jobs when using subs.
